Once I place my order how long does it take to receive my order?
Your order will be printed and shipped directly from the photo lab to your home or business within 7 to 10 business days. Holidays may take longer.

Please explain why "Height or width varies slightly due to aspect ratios, some cutting may be necessary before framing".
Your photograph will be printed on photo paper at the stated size. However there may be some extra white area either on the top/bottom or left/right sides due to the
the aspect ratios used to create the panorama view.

What is the most popular size you sell?
16x20's are the best selling size. If you order any 16x20 you will receive a free 8x10 of the same scene at no extra charge. BEST DEAL!!

What is your return policy?
We will refund your money within 7 days of receipt, less shipping charges, if you are not completely satisfied. Photographs damaged in shipment will be replaced at no charge.
